By ordering, you accept these Terms of Service (ToS), whether read or not.
We may update ToS without notice. Review them before each order to stay informed.
Rates may change without notice; payment/refund policies remain effective.
Tajammal SMM Panel is not liable for damages, account suspensions, or content deletions by social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
Order Policies
Duplicate Orders: No refunds for duplicate orders on the same link while an order is in progress.
Link/Account Changes: No refunds or refills if you change the link, username, or make a post/account private during an order.
Multiple Panels: Orders across multiple panels use start and end counts. Clear orders on one panel before placing new ones on the same link to avoid issues (e.g., 100 followers ordered on two panels with a start count of 10 results in 100 total followers, not 200).
Non-Guaranteed Services: No support or refunds for non-guaranteed (no-refill) services. Use at your own risk.
Guaranteed Services: We address issues promptly for guaranteed services.if you are using refill services or no refill if your accounts dont have uploaded any content and you will place order in this situation we are not responsible no any support no any refunds if mark as completed.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. No refunds for orders deemed "too slow" while processing.
Public Accounts: Ensure accounts/posts are public before ordering. No support for private or incorrect links.
We are unable to provide support for broken or incorrect links, private links, deleted profiles, or changed usernames.
Please make sure your link is valid as mentioned format on service description before placing an order.• Less Content Account Orders : If you are placing order on Zero content accounts or on 1-2 Posts/Videos Accounts So no support dropping can be encounters So we will not provide any type of support kindly make sure you accounts must have 5-7 Public posts/videos

Refill System
Refills apply only for drops of 5% or more (e.g., 10+ drops out of 1000 subscribers; no refill for 5 drops).
Refills require correct, public links and an order status above the start count.
Example: Start count: 500, Quantity: 500, Total: 1000. Refills are possible if followers drop below 1000, but not if at or above 1000.
No refills after username changes or for old drops if new orders are placed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be canceled after placement.
No refunds for:
Link changes, multiple orders on the same link, or private accounts.
Funds added to your account (non-withdrawable).
Third-party service issues where no refund is received.
Wrong links (contact support for link clarification before ordering).
Suspicious activity, misbehavior, or abuse (may lead to account suspension without refund).
Refund Process:
Unresolved issues within 24 hours? Automatic refund to your panel account.
Options: Use refunded funds for alternative services or request a full refund via live chat (processed within 1-24 hours, no deductions).
Refunds are credited to your panel account for service purchases, not bank accounts.
Order Issues: Contact support for issues. No support for non-guaranteed services. Spamming or abusive language may lead to account suspension.
Privacy Policy
We prioritize your privacy and protect personal information.
Information is used solely for order fulfillment and is not sold or shared.
Accounts engaging in illegal activity will be deactivated instantly, with no recourse.
Use a valid email for signup. We are not responsible for issues with fake emails (e.g., lost passwords).
Our website is secure and does not tolerate illegal activity.
Payment Policy
Third-party payments are not accepted (e.g., Easypaisa payments must come from your own Easypaisa account).
For deposits via another person’s account, provide front and back of your CNIC.
Follow payment instructions carefully.
Account Usage
Failure to follow rules may result in account suspension without refund or withdrawal of remaining balance.
